Welcome to Divine Ganesh Ji Idols. By browsing, placing orders, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following sacred terms of use.

1. Handcrafted Authenticity & Variations

Because each idol is individually hand-cast in pure virgin brass using the ancient lost-wax technique and finished by human master sculptors, slight variations in natural brass patina, minute engraving details, and weights (within ±5%) may occur. These are not flaws but authentic hallmarks of genuine handmade devotion.

2. Pricing & Order Acceptance

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the rare event of inventory exhaustion, incorrect pricing display, or non-serviceability of the delivery PIN code.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

When opting for COD, you agree to receive the order at your specified address and furnish the exact cash or UPI payment to the delivery executive upon delivery. Repeated refusal of delivered COD parcels may result in restrictions on future orders.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, handcrafted imagery, bespoke product descriptions, and spiritual photography on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Divine Ganesh Ji Idols. Unauthorized duplication or commercial misuse is prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
