At Divine Ganesh Ji Idols, we treat every sacred murti with deepest veneration and devotion. Our packaging and logistics protocols are engineered to ensure your consecrated idol reaches your home altar in pristine, defect-free condition.
1. Free Delivery & Shipping Charges
- Orders Above ₹999: Eligible for 100% FREE Insured Delivery across India.
- Orders Below ₹999: A nominal standard shipping charge of ₹70 is applied to cover reinforced transit materials.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No extra surcharge is charged for Cash on Delivery orders.
2. Packaging & Shatterproof Protection
Due to the heavyweight nature and intricate engravings of pure solid brass and marble idols, standard courier packaging is insufficient. We employ a specialized 3-stage protection system:
- Sacred Soft Wrap: Wrapped in butter paper and sacred red cloth to protect the finish.
- Custom Molded EPS Shell: Form-fitted, high-density shock-absorbing cushion that locks the idol firmly in place.
- 5-Ply Heavy Export Carton: Reinforced corrugated exterior box sealed with tamper-evident security tape and transit insurance seals.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking
All parcels are shipped via premier express courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Express Post. As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our Jaipur or Aligarh workshop, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number. You can also monitor your package directly on our Track My Order page.
5. 100% Transit Damage Insurance
In the rare circumstance that an idol suffers transit damage, you are protected by our 100% Transit Insurance. Simply WhatsApp a short video or photo of the unboxing to +91 98765 43210 within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send an immediate, priority replacement with zero fuss.
